Course Description

Your HypnoBirthing® course consists of five weekly classes, approximately 2½ hours each, designed to give you plenty of time to learn, practice, ask questions, and prepare together.

Each week builds upon the previous one, allowing you to develop your skills and confidence before your baby's birth.

Week 1 - Building a Positive Expectancy

Week 2 - Falling in Love with Your Baby: Preparing Mind & Body

Week 3 - Advanced Visualization & Deepening

Week 4 - Understanding Birth: A Labor of Love

Week 5 - Birth, Bonding & Preparing for the Fourth Trimester

Group class cost = $375, including materials

Private Class Cost on Oahu = $650, including materials
